Bit off topic, sorry.

Got one of these Tenergy 7.2v 6600mah pcb protected Li-ion pack. Came last week but only just got time to do something with it. Still waiting on LED's and Maxflex so decided to try it on a 7.2v xenon bulb from a 2 x cr123 torch.

Bulb flashed for a fraction of a second and then nothing, dead!

Is the pcb toast? any suggestions?

What do you mean by nothing? No voltage from the battery or no light from the bulb? Have you checked the battery voltage with a meter? Also, if you didn't charge the battery at all before trying the bulb it could very well be that the pack didn't have much of a charge on it and you took it below the discharge protection threshold. In that case the protection circuit did exactly what it is designed to do and opened the circuit to prevent further discharge.

If you haven't tried already, charge the pack and see if it recovers.

Got it on charge at the mo, I thought about that. Haven't got a multimeter till tomorrow so can't measure the voltage. Bulb was very bright but only for a fraction of a second.

Voltage sag with that cheap low current bulb will be almost non existant with your 6600maH pack. The bulb just couldn't handle the 8.3-8.4 volts you threw at it with that pack fully charged. You turned that bulb into a flashcube, that's all.
