I made this fixture for centering the Seoul LED, on my 1AA light LE heatsinks...The fixture is very straight forward, and could easily be improved, or adapted to other types of LE's.
Heatsink upper left in first photo...The lead holes still need to be drilled.
Just dab the AA epoxy on the pedestal, set the LED in the centering fixture, slide the sleeve over the centering fixture, and slide the heatsink down the sleeve...The AA epoxy is sticky enough, to allow immediate removal of the fixture, without risk of the LED moving off center.
This fixture makes quick work of multiple LE builds, and is worth making, even for just a few LE's
