Dorcy 3-D Luxeon LED 41-4250

Has anyone got their hands on a Dorcy 3-D Luxeon LED 41-4250 yet? Specifically, how does it compare to a Mag 3D with a Diamond Luxeon I or III replacement bulb? FlashlightReviews.com shows the Diamond bulbs having more horsepower but doesn't show run times.
