These 5mm lights are all roughly comparable in output. The Dorcy is crappily made but is dirt cheap (I got a bunch for $3 each). The E01 is a lot better but costs more, and is probably about the best value. The Arc AAA is a favorite of mine, sort of a connoisseur's light. By today's standards I'd have to say it's somewhat expensive for what you get (mostly due to the small-scale manufacture), but it's not all that much $$ in larger terms, and some of us like to enjoy the finer things.
