Dorcy K2.... opinions?

I passed by the local ****'s Sporting Goods today and saw a Dorcy K2 luxeon light that runs on 2 CR123's. The package claims 6 volts and 120 lumens and it sells for $39.99. I've got a $10 off coupon, but before I decide to get it or not, does anyone have any experience with this flashlight?

It didn't get good reviews here on CPF forum. Do a google and you will see several opinions on it from CPF forum. It is affordable but not very well designed according to some and not as bright as claimed.
