Dress Up Your Mag 85

Dress up your Mag 85... or any other Mag for that matter.

It's just a pewter pin that I bought two years ago from my local hunting and fishing store. (I think it costs about seven dollars.) I drilled a hole in the tailcap and I just epoxied the underneath of the bear and the shaft of the pin, and pinned it to the inside of the cap.

Maybe if you could get one that said "CPF" there might be more of us who would dress up our m*gs!

As far as other accessories, I would highly recommend the M*glite anti-roll bezel for impact resistance (protecting those hard to get 1185's) /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif

leukos, will you be so kind to try it for us, running the mag85 for 15 or 20 minutes, and see if is still in one piece??

It warms up for sure, but no hint of melting! (don't use the colored plastic lenses though) /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif
