Driver for 7 ~ 3.5V LEDs

I want do drive 7 LEDs in series with a variable current from 350ma to 1,500 ma. And I want to power to driver with 12V. Does anyone know of a simple pre packaged driver that can do that? I don't want to have to do anything more than solder wires from it to the LED and wires to my 12V source.

How about the Hyperboost from TaskLED?

I've got the Hyperboost listed as a single mode driver, but I see it can take an external potentiometer. But that sounds more complicated than you want, Chris.
