I think I'll stick with DX's 3-18v 1.2A driver at http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.26110 because it has a wider voltage range and cheaper than http://www.kaidomain.com/ProductDetails.aspx?ProductId=9912


FLT MEDIC, thanks for reminding me about that driver. I've used it before as well, but at the time, I was only looking for 1A current output and have since forgotten about it. As one owner mentions in his review, you can change the output of that driver by changing the sense resistor as well. To deliver 1.5A out, you can piggy back a .82 ohm SMD sense resistor on top of the existing .22 ohm SMD sense resistor. I think I'll order a few of those to keep handy.
