Driving the Seoul Acriche... ?

I was looking on Mouser.com today and they have the Seoul Arhche AW3211, 110Volts, 195-220 Lumen. I'm thinking of picking one or 2 of these up, but with power, can you drive them directly from a wall outlet?? I know they are AC based already, but do you need to regulate the amperage for these??

The Acriche LED cannot be connected directly to 110V or 230V!
You need a resistor to limit the current to 40mA for the 110V and to 20mA for the 230V version.
But if you buy the LED w/PCB as your link show, the correct resistors are already soldered on the PCB and you can connect the PCB directly to 110V.
