I was doing some informal nighttime beam comparisons with my T1, T2, T3, L2, and Q3 this evening (I've acquired all these lights within the last six weeks or so). I was in a residential construction area near my home, and I accidentally dropped my T2 onto a cement curb; it bounced from there into some gravel. Four-foot drop, and it hit head-first. The bezel is nicked a little and there's a tiny, tiny divot on the lens, but it's otherwise just fine. Great light.
I was intrigued by the minimal difference between the T1 and T2 in terms of throw; the T2 also has a slightly larger, brighter hot spot. The L2 seems comparable to the T2 in terms of throw (very subjective), but obviously has tons more fill. The T3 out-throws them all quite easily.
I was surprised how well the Q3 throws when it's dark enough.
