Dropping the SF M6?

I recently got an M6 and it struck me that the glass lens and the Al body might make it unhappy if dropped on pavement.

Anyone have any feedback on how well it handles this type of thing?

Anyone ever break a bulb or lens this way?

I have knocked mine off my flashlight shelf, about 6 feet up and it didn't break yet. (crossing fingers)

Do not worry about the Pyrex Lens TurboHead. I've not broken it yet on the M3T.

Having said that, the M6 is a heavier flashlight.

The idea I feel is that the Light survives, even if the body is slightly damaged (usually on the Bezel Rim)

One of the reasons I want a Lanyard kit for the M6 is that it'll reduce the chances of my dropping it!
