I was at a show where a vendor was showing off a light which used dual color (red/yellow) 7.62mm/0.300/DIP/SuperFlux/Piranha (whatever you want to call 'em) LED's.
I have not been able to find these anywhere, certainly not from the major manufacturers. Anyone know who makes 'em?
Also, I want to use some Cree Superflux LED's in a project, but all of the distributors are out of stock. Is Cree just having a hard time meeting demand? Or are they moving their focus away from their Superflux style LED package in favor of others?
I am a bit concerned I will start using it, only to find the parts rendered obsolete in the near future.
