DX 1.5v circuit board.

I finally got this circuit board from DX but I got some questions about it.

1.Where exactly did I solder the red and black wires that go to the LED?

2.Is there anyway to bypass the modes so that it will run on high only.

Solder them as you see in the pic.

If you want just the high mode, then remove the top board and use the output of the low board.
I've done this, and it works. The top board seems to provide only the modes (UI).
