Single mode P7 from DX arrived one month after initial order today. Here is is up against a Fenix T1 at about 18". At four feet, a dark center donut appears, but the beam is still quite useful. Gets hot at 5 minutes use while T1 is still room temp. Build quality is better than I expected and the DX folks kept in good contact with status even though the wait was longer than anticipated. Not bad for just over $40.
