A question from a discussion in another section here...my SureFire E1B, if quickly double-tapped after not having been used for a while, generally does not reset (doesn't go from the high to the low level). Subsequent rapid double-taps do properlyl sequence the output level.
I'm wondering whether anyone's got opinions on whether this is the result of the electrical design, or maybe a bad component in my light? I need to call SureFire and ask them what they think. (I am guessing they'll probably replace it, but in the meantime it's got my curiosity stirred a bit.)
