E2 intensity

how intense is the beam of the E2??
i have the scorpion, good close for up work indeed.
i just want a light that would reach a little further.
abt 200feet??
if i am not wrong, the E2 beam is abt half the size of scoprion.
so would the beam be abt twice as intense???

if the intensity of scorpion is one,
wat is the intensity of the E2,P60&P61

I`m afraid only someone with all these lights and a light meter can answer this...you wouldn`t happen to know anybody like that...would you Brock?

All Sure Fires are designed for relatively close work, and have a wide beam. The exception is the turbo head gadgets, which are so large that they defeat the purpose of a Sure Fire: small size.

Thus, an E2 would provide some illumination at 200 feet, but not a lot. A Mag Light would provide a LOT more light.

LOL, the E2 is just a bit tighter than the Scorpion, if the Scorpion is spotted all the way down. The intensity is very close so the E2 isn't going to get you much. I would say the E2's beam is about 3/4 the size of the Scoprion. The Scoprion is about 7/8 as bright as the E2. So again they are very close. The e2 is smaller, has a clip, but no spare lamp. I can't wait to get my light meter
