In search of an Elektro Lumens EDC-XML. I owned one of these several years ago and would like to find another in just about any "working" condition.

Hey mate,

I've got one - great / excellent condition for a light user around the house only. There are a couple of dings on the ribs near the head though, which I've kicked myself for ever since I accidently dropped a lesser Surefire 6P onto it (the 6P fared much worse)!!! :banghead:

The ribs had been ground for contrast by a friend of mine, and there is a thick glow ring installed in the head. There are some light "use" marks around, but no other dings or scratches etc.

The original XM-L module had that fragile wire problem that was the weakness of Wayne's original design, and after I contacted him he sent me a replacement module, which has been rock solid ever since.

Works perfectly and reliably, and looks really unique and nice despite the small dings on the ribs. Total runtime would be less than 10 hours.

This is probably my most reliable flashlight, but it has sat in my display cabinet for many years now as I've been using smaller multi-function lights around the house.

I miss Wayne's unique reliable designs, and wish I had the chance to purchase more from him in the past. FYI - I also shelled out big bucks for his ST-90 Search and Rescue flashlight .... what a beast that is!

** Withdrawn - I'll be putting this up in my sales thread soon. Cheers mate **

Please let me know if you have any questions or if you are interested. If you're looking for a more affordable "user" model then I understand ... I'm sure you'd find cheaper options within the USA.

Thanks and Cheers for now mate,
Andrew

Thanks for the heads up and I'll keep this in mind. Shipping from overseas has always been a crap shoot for me though. I'll let this thread run for a bit and if I can't get any other options I'll get in touch and see if you're still interested in selling.
