I just got one of these at Walmart.

Supposedly brighter than most electroluminescent night lights, and has a dimmer slider.

I noticed they've also received several new Leviton LED night lights. Some are along the lines of the GE LED night lights in red, green and amber illuminating an acrylic panel. One has a fixture cover similar looking to a standard C7 lamp nightlight, but contains LED(s) with a light sensor. One (I don't remember if it was Leviton or Elumina) had a motion sensor on it to operate only when it sensed motion.

It looks like LED applications are making inroads into the normal consumer market.

$7.58 at Walmart.

The lamp is replaceable, and is supposed to last around 4000 hrs at the brightest setting, and I guess around 20,000 hrs at the dimmest setting. (Packaging says 1 yr at highest setting, and 5 yrs at lowest setting when used 10-12 hrs per day).

The packaging says that the power draw is 0.6W typical, 1.5W max.

To preserve lamp life, there is a photosensor on it that automatically dims the light when the room is bright.

The elumina web site is here.
