emitter board for standard McLux head

The "PM emitter board" for the McLux PR head is so nice, I was wondering if there was a plan for a slightly larger version for the standard head. Then I thought, maybe those snap-off tabs are the right size to make it fit. No such luck, they're just a bit too big. However, if you file them down just a tiny bit:
