Eneloop 2 cell chargers

whats the best source for 2 AA eneloop chargers? most of the more economical sources seem to be dry at the moment.

On Sale at Circuit City for $20, or I think normal price on Amazon is $15.

That is a cute 2 cell, smart, can charge 1 -or- 2 cell charger. Doesn't seem to be anything else like it out there. Just dumb chargers that only do 2 cell charging.
