Eneloop 4pk with charger on clearance at some walmart stores?

I saw the 4 pack eneloop batteries with the charger for $19.9x, the other day I saw they were moved and they had the red tag of them for $17.00. Are your walmarts selling them at all Are they already marked down?

I might wait and see how low they drop and get some for presents as I know several people who use digital cameras, but they use them rather rarely. They also need a good charger, so this would be a good set.

I did a search and didn't find anything on this, but I'm not here often so it's possible I missed something.

Costco still has the package with 8xAA, 4xAAA, 2xD-dummy, 2xC-dummy and charger, all in a plastic carry case, in the $25 range.

Too bad I would have to drive 40+ miles and get a membership just to get batteries. Come on samsclub, help a brotha' out......

You can find the batteries on Amazon and at Thomas Dist. The eneloop charger is nothing special.

I'm fully aware of who sells them, waiting to check out some local hhgreggs to see if they still have any for $7.99, plus circuit city has the eight pack for $20. This is just a heads up if anyone was looking for an easy to find B&M source for a charger and battery set.

I seem to remember reading that the charger does charge the cells independently, which is a plus in such a cheap charger. For a user with just one set of batteries and a charger, if something were to happen I would say having a factory charger with the batteries would hopefully make replacement easier.

Plus I'm still waiting to see how low they drop LOL
