Eneloop charger vs maha MH-C801D charger

Hello everyone, this is my first post to this forum. Hope you all can help.

Finally invested in some eleloops, tired of having to top off my powerex before each and every shot. After just a few days there's barely any juice in em. However, after a top off those babies go and go! rated at 2700 I believe.

To the question at hand here. I tossed these new eneloops in my maha charger and the charger saw them as almost full to begin with. Took maybe 10 to 15 minutes to complete the charge. I used quotations because I bought two sets. I tossed the other set in the Sanyo charger provided and they sat in the charger for a good couple of hours before the lights stopped blinking...(charged)

Second test, I put the previously charged eneloops (charged in maha charger in my Sanyo Eneloop charger and they are still blinking (not fully charged) Does my maha charger not know when these batteries are truly full? Should I refrain from using the Maha charger at all? And lastly, will I see longer life ie shelf life from the powerex batteries if I charge in the Sanyo Charger?
