Hi guys - I bought one of these for $10 for a stocking stuffer (impulse buy). Are they any good? I tried to find some reviews when I got home but I cant find anything. Different websites reveal different specs. Would this work for BBQ'ing, jobs around the house, camping etc? Thanks.

Model # HD5L33AE.

Haha, no, I don't think many here know this headlamp. Specs do look good for the price. Wonder what led it uses.

I dont have one, but around the house and checking the dogs and burgers, should be fine. The one I use to check my grill has half the lumens than that one and it works out ok.

Some of the guys I work with have those on their hard hats. They work just fine for looking over our trucks and guaging tanks.
A lot of what we do is up close and don't need a huge amount of light so they work good for us.

If it as good as there key chain lights you should be pleased. No silly high hobby mark up to pay either.

Should be fine for the amount you spent. I rekindled my love for headlamps about a decade ago with a 4 led Energizer. Its been downhill since then
