Energizer rechargeables

I have a fenix l2d ce on the way and bought 4 Energizer NiMh and a charger for it at walmart. The only AA light I have is a minimag so I charged the batteries and tried them but they are very tight going in the tube. Alkalines fit fine but the NiMh are so tight I don't think I could get them out if I put them in the whole way. Has anyone else had this problem? Should I worry about it in my l2d ce? Is there anything I can do to fix it? Thanks.

The battery diameters have been known to vary a bit. If they're too big for your usage, return them and get another brand. WalMart carries several different brands of NiMH batteries including the new Rayovac Hybrids.

I haven't had any problems with Energizers in my Fenix lights. Hopefully you won't either.
