Re: Oveready / TorchLAB - ETA Requests

Sorry, should have said, this is a multi month window, not multi week.

We might have something by year's end.

Re: Oveready / TorchLAB - ETA Requests

Any chance for Mooddoo Clips for the HDS lights now that HDS appears to be back on track?

Re: Oveready / TorchLAB - ETA Requests

How about McClicky kits for Z41..... When can we expect more?
I would also like to know about the Moddoo clips.

thanks :)

Re: Oveready / TorchLAB - ETA Requests

I've posted our reserve supply for instant shipment. More McCicky kits are already in production and should be ready before they are needed.

Clips were formed manually, reducing our ability to keep up with demand. We are currently working out a more scalable process. When ready, we should be able to offer better variety and availability. But we need more time to perfect it.

RE: clips, is that to include the clipped Triads, too?

RE: clips, is that to include the clipped Triads, too?

The next batch of Triads are being made and will likely be ready before the new batch of clips.

Clips remaining from the last batch (read: limited selection) will be available with these Triads.

Re: Oveready / TorchLAB - ETA Requests

Any ETA on the Black Triad Tailcap?

Re: Oveready / TorchLAB - ETA Requests

The Triads unique shape requires unusual techniques. The first three batches accomplished this by combining several independent steps (read: exhausting). Since before shipping the previous set, we've been working on a new process for batch 4. Doing all the major cutting steps together, it looks something like this:

Batch 4 is cutting last week and this (thread cutting is tomorrow) and should be entering HA this month, with best case shipment by October.

Re: Oveready / TorchLAB - ETA Requests

any info on Moddoolar heads?

I want to build a moddoolar head/TL20/Triad light...

Thanks boss!

Re: Oveready / TorchLAB - ETA Requests

Thanks. That's a very nice looking picture.

Re: Oveready / TorchLAB - ETA Requests

It is always such a treat to see pictures of components being manufactured. Were there some additional challenges presented by the harder aluminum alloy used to make those fantastic battery capsules?

Thanks guys, its fun to share as well. We're expanding our production views thread to include more images like this one.

Moddoolar heads are also in production and will be ready a few weeks after the Triads.

7075 aluminum is about as hard as premium steel and premium titanium and is more machinable.
So its not as easy to cut as delrin, but easier than say copper, which can gum up equipment.

The oveready.com website shows the Peak Logan 123 as "out of stock". Is that all material and body styles? I would like two of them, but need the lights by Saturday for a nighttime outdoor event.

Sorry, restocking stopped when the Peak folks ran into health/family issues. I have plenty of bodies but only RED heads to go with them. I'm hoping to get this going again before November.

Does the Triad McClicky come with a pocket clip? I don't see it as an option or mentioned in the description.

If it's not included is there an option to drill and tap the switch for the clip?
