Just wanted to let you guys know....a few weeks ago I ordered the 20 LEDs for 20 bucks....they made great gifts and after handing them out, I found out a few were not working...I e-mailed Frank just to let him know (I really wasn't worried about the 2 or 3 bucks but felt he should know if he was getting any problem inventory)....he wrote me back that he had shipped replacement lights UPS....i will be ordering from countycomm the next time I need anything...probably my Inova X5T which is a great deal at 47 bucks including 2 holsters and an extra set of batteries....

Yeah, I've actually been to the County Comm store in Santa Clara. Frank and everyone there is very courteous and helpful.

Just curious, has qnyone else had a few duds in their economy pack?

None that I've "found". I ordered 40 and gave out most for Christmas with other torches. I didn't "test" each one, but hope I haven't sent out any "duds"!

My highest consumer "respect" goes to Frank & Nick at Countycomm.com! We had a "shipping issue" with some of the Pelican L1s that I ordered and they promptly resolved the issue! I'd order from them again and again. Their "CPF Specials" are respectable!

If it's a quality product (and they have those), and it's a decent price (and they have proven that they offer that), and they back up what they sell (and they have proven that)...they deserve our "attention"!
