Sold/Expired === Exotic Coating Service Update ===

Guys just a quick update. I got all but Luxluthor, monzana, and Rudy catalog. I will post the update on Saturday. Please check back at that time to make sure everything is correct.

Thank you for the update.

I will give you a call later today. I wanted to get one of your bodies coated as well to match one of the extra heads I sent in.

Guys, first post updated. All photos updated.

Aepi007: wistle contain plastic jammer that will melt
~rrosenfeld: Knife scale would be damage during polish. Therefore none recommended.
donn_: Please indicate which item to bore. Please refer to the pictures. I don't know the lights by name.
LuxLuthor: Do you want the SS bezel polished more? And how about TiN instead. It's more durable. Ele & Fenix L1T no stripping just additional Gold plating.

Hi Jonathan.
Ive emailed you a few times and have recieved no reply. I know you are very busy, but hopefully you will see this before the process starts.

Please change number 9052 (MJP SF-III Ti bezel) to TiAlSiCN or TiCN. Also just a lite polish as the bezel is 100% new.

I know the instructions say AlTiN, but please ignore these.
Thanks.

Photobucket is blocked at the site I'm currently working at. :poof::hairpull::rant:

Will check in again when I can find some unrestricted internet access this evening.

If anyone would like to email me a copy of the list/picture in the meantime ( helmsorig<at>gmail<dot>com ), I would be like :grin2::twothumbs:wow::thanks:lovecpf:grouphug:

Jonathan...I only see my name up there for one item (Robb)...Also see your note about the knife scales which is fine (no polish).

Missing are the surefire parts and the titanium keychain piece. Please let me know where those stand. ***I see in the photobucket gallery that you have the other pieces photographed, guess they just aren't on the spreadsheet yet.***

If possible, can I add that i want the 6p bored to fit 18mm cells??

I detailed the way my items were misclassified in post #50

http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/showpost.php?p=3254642&postcount=50

I also have several items that are to be done in HA Black.

Jonathan items 9091:

The FM Deep Tailcap
The G&P Facecap
The Leef C-M adapter

are all to be done in "HA (Type III) - Deep Black".

All other items in my lot are to be done in "HA (Type III) - Gun Metal gray"

I only mention this because you have the 12ZM tailcap down as HA natural while the three complete lights I have are down as HA gray.

All the complete lights plus the 12 ZM tailcap are to be done in Gray

I have also decided to go with polishing for ALL items.

Thanks again man.

The list on page one still shows the wrong classification.

Hi! I see, that I'm not in Ur list. my_gentle_cry, 15K monster gun metal gray: is it ready?
Regards, Sasha.

Jonathan,

Items to be bored are in these photos:

9255..center item and bottom item
9257..two items on top
9258..two items on left

I noted specifics in the comments on the photos.

Everything's right!

:thanks:

9010 TiPD-S looks good. I think I'd prefer the screws NOT getting anodized, but it's not a big deal either way.

On 9011 (McGizmo Mule), you have suggested DLC. I'm okay with that, but it's an aluminum light and I didn't think you could do them in DLC. I was originally looking to get this one done in HA (Type II) Bright Orange.

Thanks for all your hard work on this. It appears to be quite the undertaking.

Item 9020 - SST-50 EDC Al - CHROME finish

Sorry about that, my light was sent in by a fellow CPF'er. Wasn't sure if you got my instructions or not. Many :thanks:!

Edit: I've emailed you clearer instructions if you need them and to let you know who sent my light to you on my behalf. Thanks!

I see that mine is in RED. Here is what has to be done. Thanks!

Hey Jon,

If it is not too late, I really don't want my SPY 007 polished at all prior to coating. I just don't think I would like the shiny finish.

You have it listed under 9058 Milkyspit S/N 03/29

Thanks,

Steve
