(CLOSED) Extension For 2"C" M6 Rechargeable

C L O S E D

Now you can use your favorite M6 flashlight more than ever.
Simply convert your M6 to rechargeable cells for free lumens, flat descharge and longer run time.
All you need to do is: install extension tube, PVC tube and 2 of Li-Ion "C" cells. No further modification needed and best of all, allways reversible.
These tubes will increase only 19mm to total length.
You may use optional Bi-Pin socket to power up an WA1111, Philips 5761 and...
Tubes are machined from aluminum and grey HA type III with double O'rings.
Expect slight color difference with your flashlight since there are color differences from one to another flashlight of same type.
MN21 is little touchy for this set up but MN20 works well.
Price:
19mm Extension tube $30
2C PVC tube $12
Shipping:
To States and Canada $4
Internationaly $5
Please post your request here and detail of same information including your CPF handle ID in paypal note.
Paypal: DO NOT PAY
Please PM for alternative payment method.
Any comment welcome and appreciated.

Fivemega, what will be the operating voltage of the MN20 with fresh off the charger cells ? I have a regulated 7.5V NI MH pack and seems the MN20 could take up to 7.8V.

It won't be more than 7.4 volt and obviously will drop when batteries drain.
MN20 may take 7.8 volt with regulated and soft start but will definitly flash (poof) with direct drive at 7.8 volt.

FM, will the 5761 actually fit through the reflector hole? Isn't it a slightly bigger dia. than an MN21? And how about instaflash problems with it? Some people are having to use an NTC or soft-starter with the 5761.

5761 will fit in stock unbored reflector and I never had instaflash problem with this set up.

"MN21 is little touchy for this set up but MN20 works well..."

My primary interest is the MN21 and also a regulated output. Is there a simple way to achieve this with your C cell setup?

FM,
Is this extension long enough to fit two D sized Li-ions (maybe with tailcap mod)? Thanks.
