I have all the 'work in progress' bodies glued together with the wood. The Gorilla glue takes about 12 hours to harden. I'll turn down the wood tomorrow and get a coat of lacquer applied.

I put these on my lathe to spray the lacquer - spinning yields a nice smooth finish.

somewhat blurry 'cause it is spinning..

the group - all lacquered up - just some cleaning and polishing and off they go..The lacquer has to harden for a day before I can polish it. My cellar is cold, it takes awhile at 57 degrees..
