Faceted reflectors for Maglite products

Since there seems to be a high degree of dissatisfaction with the "stock" Maglite reflectors.....why has some entrepeneur not come up with an "aftermarket" faceted version for the various (AAA, AA, C, & D) Maglites? Or....is the truth out there & I've missed it?

Has anyone tried the Fellowes Writerite stuff on the reflector instead of the lens of the MagLite?
