I don't know, I'm just taking a guess.

I'd guess it's a P61 for a couple reasons. First and foremost I doubt many engagements that a FBI officer has where he has to use his light lasts over the 20 minute runtime. And it wouldn't be a big deal to carry a spare set. Since I would guess they would want the most light they can get in a small package that will run long enough to meet their needs. If it does those 2 things cost of the batteries is certainly not an issue.

I suspect they stick with their stock P60 lamps.
They have a job to do. In my experience of UK armed police, the SureFire forend WeaponLights are "it's a torch, it works when I press here" type responce. I doubt these types of people would have the time or care to use the P61?

Somehow, I doubt [m]any FBI agents will be posting to confirm whether they even use SureFures.
