Its a custom light and don't know if there is any interest. It has brightness control which is programmable from 1% to 100%, battery level indicator, usual strobe, SOS, high/low setting and can use NimH, carbon zinc, nicad, alkaline, lithium and of course a 3.7 volt lithium ion AAA battery. Has a orange peel reflector, AR coated (both sides) mineral glass and uses a 100 lumen or better Rebel LED.

Interesting. If the interface is what I think it is, it looks like a rebel version of the Liteflux LF2...

Same features it seems like. Am I wrong?

After reading about the little buckle lights, I ordered 6 of them from KaiDomain for Christmas presents for my wife's family several weeks ago. She just got on a plane this AM to go visit and drop presents off and the lights arrived this afternoon :( ... sooooo ... I have at least 4 of them that I'd sell for $20 (each) shipped ... The boxes aren't gift-worthy, but the little lights aren't bad.

Let me know if anyone is interested.

Heres a beam shot of the Extreme III (left side) up against a 100 lumen Fenix LOD. The Extreme III has a tighter beam.

So where are the details on this item?? Price? Led? Runtime? How do you program it?

Can you supply additional details on price, how / where to buy ?

Thank you, Michael. I certainly admire your work.

I consider your MJ-2AA SMJLED module for the Mini-Mag
to be an engineering marvel ! :twothumbs

Thank you dd61999 and Burgess. The Extreme III's selling price is a bit higher than a Fenix due to it being a custom light. I may do a small run here on CPF but not sure yet. For further questions, send me a PM. Just trying not to ruffle too many feathers here.

i would buy another Fenix LOD since it worked for you, keep that on your keychain, then buy another light similar to the LOD (or the same light) and use that one for your hat. never hurts to have a backup around so when you lose one, you still have another around.

Wow! That blows the other light away!

Mike, when will you offer these gems on CPF?

Are they still available?

If your past light offerings are a guide to these Extreme III lights, then I am sure that you will have a new group of people exposed to a great quality light build.
