Filtering Negative & Neutral feedback on Ebay

When I purchase anything on Ebay, i like to look at the feedback. The difficulty is trawling through pages of feedback looking for the negative and neutral comments. It is easier to locate the red icon negative feedback, but i tend to miss the neutral ones which has a grey icon. I found this tool helps, as you only see the negative and neutral comments.
