Fireflies E07vn - Compact 21700 Powerhouse R

I have a bunch of emails asking that now that the FW3Tvn is out with the copper light engine do I still prefer the E07vn over that light? Ummmm I don't know anymore. I guess still a tiny edge to the E07vn because it handle heat a bit better but the FW3Tvn size as a wow light is unbeatable...Cant go wrong I guess.

Let me guess... W2 version being the best "wow" version?

I actually really like the stock AL because it's lightweight, slim and EDC-able... but I REALLY want a polished, ti/cu version bad!!! But Darn.... the price with those W2s.😱
I'd order one today if it were a little less but will likely have to wait for an eventual sale.

I own the FW3Avn (Aluminum version) with triple W1s and LOVE it! Fiat lux... 54kcd+ and 2500 lumens doesn't get too hot compared to the W2 version with significantly more output.

How much longer could the light run on turbo and sustain 95%+ output if I had a full copper version?

PS. Thank you so much for the video uploads!! I hope these continue at a similar rate, it makes this hobby sooooo much more enjoyable to see our modder himself talk personally about each creation. I know you're very very busy, but please don't feel like the videos need to be perfect, long, or detailed. Even a 3 minute video just talking about your feelings on a light is totally fine. No need for multiple takes or edits. We love the organic flavor!

If you want a E07vn Cu Ti version NOW is a good time. I just bought the last 8 from Fireflies. They said this is a limited edition and they are now out of sctok after this 8.

3 bare raw copper and 5 clear coated. Thanks!

Wonder what kind of clear coated they're using to seal off the copper. You think it's just like an ordinary acrylic based sealer?

I have only handled the raw copper so I got no clue how it is. I was told its very nice and keeps it shinny. I personally like it raw haha.

Going to keep one of each for myself. I LOVE THIS LIGHT!

I had to do the same, haha, couldn't pass up on a brass, I love that metal too much. When I get my copper back I'm going to send it to you for a full HCRI mule treatment.

When I show the ti/cu E07vn to people, they can't believe what they're looking at. They all comment on the weight, marvel at the polished HC colors, want to know about the aux leds and then you turn it on and they're floored. This light is always good for 6 or 8 questions from non-flashaholics and "normal" gadget lovers. The E07 has to be one of my favorite lights aesthetically, with it's classic and purposeful design. It's the right cell for a heavy use light, the right knurling, the right amount heat fin depth, the right UI, and because of all the options, the right material/s. The one off, copper mule on SL taunts me every time I looks at it.

The brass version sure is a beauty! Thanks for the pics 30209. I'm looking forward to seeing more user pictures of this version.

Yes exactly!! This light just tortures me and I already have 3 E07's. I would set that thing to Sunset mode and fall to sleep with that in my room every night...haha.

White1 now has appreciable throw increase!

White2: Turn ON -
5850L, 58Kcd, 482m
White1: Turn ON - 4800L, 80Kcd, 566

Interesting... W1 can really compete now with the D4Svn W2! E07vn sure looks better and weighs less I would imagine using a 21700 over the D4S' 26650.

38kcd difference, basically same output... so is slightly smaller/minor differences worth 38kcd... good question for thought.

Numbers dont mean everything. Beam wise D4Svn look like a light with reflector. Hot spot corona spill. E07vn has all the output in a large hot spot.

Wait really? Based off of beam shots you've posted in each thread, the patterns look very similar to me. They both use optics... how could this be? I thought the D4Svn looked like a single large hotspot without hardly any spill.

I learn something new about flashlights every day haha.
