Flashing LED for night running/biking

I am looking for a good blinking LED light for night running and biking. Something that I can attach to my person to lessen the chance of getting run over. Cheap is good, then I can buy and wear 2, 3 or even 4. Any suggestions???

Try Lightman Xenon Strobe ($19.99) or Strobe Rescue Light ($24.99) or Strobe Warning Light ($24.99) or Polizia LED Strobe Light ($24.99).

I have four of the Lightman strobes, and I keep one white and one yellow in each vehicle for added visibility (at accident scenes, for instance). Each comes with a magnet, a suction cup, and attachments for two different witdths of belts. (The magnet makes it handy to smack on my garage door when the pizza guy is on his way, too!

)
