Just thought you would all get a kick out of this - I finally got around to taking a pic of the entire flashlight "family". I think I only missed 4... How many can you identify? (no cheating and looking at my reviews/mods pages!)

Wow, Ratso, better than I would have done. Although I think the SF at the front left is an E2 not an E2e and I think the Vector is a 137CO.

Cheers,

Richard

Pretty impressive! The folks who guessed got most of them right. I'll just add the clarifications:

The Maroon light in the back is a Sam's Choice 3-D. Likewise the Green and black light in the 2nd row is also a Sam's choice, but a 2 AA. Just in front of the Sam's Choice 3-D is an Energizer Arcwhite with the CCFT facing forward (that's a tough one when not seen in profile.) The green, purple and yellow translucent lights are all Sino Union Starlights. The far left in front of the Vector spotlight is a Dorcy 4-aa lantern. The only Brinkmann is the Legend LX in the front row missing the rubber covers (makes the light look much better). Oh, and the Yellow light in the back is a Hubbell Lite 3-C (same body as the Pelican and Koehler-BS).

Well done!

Just thought I would put my kids on here also.

There are a few missing but that is most of them.

(my wife got a big kick out of the photos)

If you were gonna collect stuff...why not flashlights?!

Objects with a real use, not expensive like cars, boats, planes, etc.

Bart.,
If you mean the little lantern, that's was made by Chase Brass and Copper Co., probably in the 1930s or 40s <edit> ca. 1937. It uses a #14 bulb and 2 AAs <edit 2 Cs>. I'm at work and it's at home and I can't check. <edit> I got home and checked! Chase went out of business in the early 1940s.
