and zebra also is too bright sometimes. (im odd that way) and yes, its my nightstalker light, along with itp c8. (d10 cant be that as its attached to my pants)

now im looking for buying the quark aa warm with its 0.2 lm. havent pulled the preorder cord yet.

**and about testing it.. yeah. i spent time in dark closet checking the e01 out hahah... and walked around the house for few nights.. it just is too bright for me. i dont need that much power. and as edc i need more and better tint.. and as backup edc.. well the lummi raw is more like it.

Just ordered a 2D maglite, a MOP Aluminum reflector, some glass lenses, a pair of lithium ion batteries, and a pelican 3854 bulb set... I wonder what I could make with these...:thinking:

Those three, plus a Nitecore D10 back in March are all my light purchases for 2009. You could call it the year of the piston drive light...

Solarforce L2 R2 5 mode with memory in Gunmetal
Spiderfire L2 R2 5 mode with memory in Gunmetal

I'd be interested in hearing your thoughts on the SpiderFire when you get them, to find out if the SpiderFire light truely is identical to the Solarforce other than the label.

I already have 2 of the Solarforce L2s and plan on ordering an Incan Spiderfire X-03 (L2) just to get the host.

Surefire LX2, just pulled the paypal trigger today.

I was officially barred by the wife from buying another light for 6 months because of that LX2. I think it was worth it! lol... as one can see from my tagline below, I've already got what I think is a decent collection of high quality lights -- enough to hold me for 6 months... (There's a few I have that are not listed, like other 6P's (one with an M30), and a couple cheapo's like the Romison NC-whatever which is just a bike light, and of course aftermarket parts and bulbs for everything).
