Is there a quality focusable flashlight like a maglite with a 18650/21700 power source?

i believe that Fenix makes an 18650 zoomie.

I have a few 3 C cell lights that I use an 18650 battery, and a spacer. That might work for you in a 3 cell maglite.

It's not an 18650 or 21700, it's a proprietary battery, but Milwaukee makes a nice one. Here is a link👇

A Mag ML50L or ML50LX will run fine on a protected 18650 or 21700 with an adapter.
