Carbon Fibre finish 1C built by me. This finish is pretty hardwearing (though not scratchproof) and is used for coating such things as weapon scopes, motorcycle and auto parts. It looks terrific!
Ti Seoul P4 USWOH from photonfanatic, Litemania H/S, Shark driver, Khatod smooth reflectors, UCL lens. Takes 1 x Li C cell (not included).

AW soft start switch and Philips 5761, aluminium MOP reflector, borofloat lens. Body length made to take 2 x AW protected Li C cells (not included) without needing spacer ring or extender.
In perfect condition.

I'm interested in #5 - original thread says it runs off a single 18650, your 4x14500 holder, I take is parallel then? Also, flexible at all on the price? Not sure if I'm willing to pay $50 over the original price...

#5 originally came with an 18650 sleeve, but I removed it so it will run on a D cell, or D size holder using 4 in parallel like this

There are no dings or scratches to any of the lights. I guess what you are looking at is a reflection. The finish is quite high gloss, and I rushed the photos a bit yesterday, so they do not show how good this finish looks. I will try and do some more shots.

Mac - this is a process carried out by a brilliant small shop in England called Hydrographics. It is a liquid dip, and virtually any finish is possible. It ain't cheap though! Well known for their work on finishing guns and scopes. Here's an example of one of their camo finishes taken from a sales thread on another forum.

Mac..if you Google "hydrographics" you'll find a number of domestic sources for the water or immersion transcription process. Here's an example of a flashlight done by Daltek, in Georgia:
