I'm not positive but I don't think they call it the V4, only the "Titanium." Technically it's the 4th edition though with rolex-style power level knob.

I believe thats correct. They just call them "Gatlight Titanium" now.

Agreed! These are very nice lights and the latest, the Titanium as Patriot36 noted, is arguably the best performer and best looking of the lot. Good catch.
