Weeeeeeeee, my body came today and the switch-over went just fine, used my own slotted piston as it already has a trit vial mounted (if anyone wants to buy my Ti slotted piston, send me a pm so we can work something out). The crenolated bezel seems to be much stronger than the regular one. The machining is top-notch, the knurling is excellent, the clip looks great, all-in-all I`m one happy camper :grin2::clap::grin2:. Now if I can only convince russtang to do an LF3XT titanium body so that I can have 3 Ti edcs´ (I also edc my Olight Titanium infinitum). Come on russtang, do it, do it, do it :naughty::naughty::naughty:.

I have been carrying my Tiex-Ten :nana: for a couple of days now and I gotta tell for me it's the perfect EDC. I switched to primaries for the the lower low (3 vs. 5), put a glow oring into the bezel and a white tritium in the tail and the magic happens, this is my new gold standard.

BTW Russ, how hard would it be to polish out the stonewash to make it closer to the stardard finish? And I will say it again Thanks for the deal of the year on these bad boys!:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

You guys are killing me! Just checked the OP and Russ shipped mine so I'm waiting for it to arrive... can't wait! Remember to... breathe...:candle:🤢

I received my stonewash unit this past weekend, but didn't actually receive my EX10 donor until today (I ordered it after I received the Ti host). The reason I now own an EX10 is because the Ti host was made available. The swapping of parts went smoothly, and all works as it should. Very pleased!! Now I just need to decide between glow powder or trit for the piston slot!

Mine arrived today! :twothumbs Body looks great!

Now I just have to wait for the EX10 to arrive.

Thanks for the quick delivery.

My EX10 body arrived. Very nice. Now I have to figure out how to get my EX10 apart.
Try pressing the bezel on a grippy surface and twist the head counter-clockwise. I used my palm but some have complained of having problems removing their bezels. Take care with the o-ring between the lens and reflector, it is pretty flimsy. I hope you enjoy your new body as much as I am enjoying mine .

Looks like I am not the only one who ordered an EX10 after the Russtang Ti parts.

The UI of the EX10 is great, though I wish it was possible to set a mid range output without losing it everytime I access max or minimun with the double-click/double-click-hold.

..But the Ti compensates for all that.

This light has become my new EDC, replacing the Arc4+ I have used for over 5 years!
The 'stonewash' finish is nice and subdued, better IMO for EDC. Get'em while they last. Yes I am writing this to encourage those on the fence and save myself from spending more on another Ti kit 😉

Hey Russ, received my Ti body a few days ago and has been enjoying using it. It's really great :thanks:

I started to become curious... :naughty:

I was wondering how waterproof this is. That is until today when I took the plunge.

Come on....say you're going to do a D10 :poke:
:takeit:

Anyone care to share a pic for size comparison of a Ti EX10 vs a Ti Aeon? Pretty please? :naughty: I'm debating over both for keychain carry.

IMO, EX10 is unsuitable for keychain carry. Aeon is a better bet at 55mm in length. Besides, EX10 Ti comes with a Ti clip. :naughty:

I think the EX10 is wayy too big for keychain carry, but I don't carry any light on my keychain.

I would just like to say that these are really nice, and I am going to have to get my software-oriented hands to perform the hardware-oriented task of installing trits in them...
