50 years of failed predictions; Global famine, ice age by 2000, hole in the ozone will lead to massive skin cancer in 10 years. Acid rain will kill life in the lakes. From 1978; "no end in sight for 30 year cooling trend". From 1988; "prepare for long hot summers", "Maldives islands underwater by 2018". From the U.N in 1989; "rising seas will obliterate nations by 2000". From 2000; "snow will disappear". From 2008; "Arctic will be ice free by 2018". From 2009; Al Gore; "Polar ice cap will disappear by 2014". 2023," the seas are boiling". From 2018; Greta Thunberg; "climate change will wipe out humanity by 2023".

From 2024 The Knob; "free electricity for everyone, gas will be dead in ten years". ROFLMAO! 🤣

Fisker, manufacturer of EV's, recently filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection for the second time; https://apnews.com/article/fisker-bankruptcy-electric-vehicle-4b5b01887c2b56ddaf7e2c71ef5c0bc0

Rivian and Lucid are both in deep trouble with massive layoffs and cutbacks and their stocks are at all-time lows; https://www.investors.com/news/rivian-stock-ev-startup-lays-off-workers-lucid-production-forecast/

To quote Elon Musk, "Prototypes are easy, production is hard and achieving positive cash flow is excruciating".

It took Tesla 10 years to realize a profit. And even their stock is now worth less than half what it was from its all-time highs.
🤣🤣🤣
Tesla might be the only car company to survive the transition. My position on tsla is just fine. In until it hits $1,000.00

All it takes is one good one. The coral is bleaching because of elevated water temperature. Corals can't move fast enough to cope. Plankton is in danger. Wildfires are more intense. Weather is more unpredictable. The polar vortex is breaking up making it cold in Texas and warm in Alaska at the same time. The vortex keeps the cold air in the North. When the vortex breaks up cold slips South and warm North. Not good.

For anyone claiming current temperatures are somehow "record" high temperatures, here is the Natl. Weather Service list of record highs and lows recorded at UVA in Blacksburg, Va. There is no evidence showing a warming trend, let alone one caused by so-called "man-made" factors. The media, as usual, is looking for sensational headlines to get views and are cherry-picking data to support it;

But even those measurements are suspect, as I would also point out that the way they are measuring temperatures today has changed significantly. Modern data is skewed more toward inner cities and is measured closer to the ground. This naturally results in higher temperature readings.

Yes, climate change is real. It's called summer, fall, winter and spring, AKA weather. By its' very nature, weather is unpredictable. Hell, I can't even get a reliable two or three day forecast by these so-called "meteorologists". There is no such thing as a perfect 75 degrees, 24/7/365. Get over it!

News Flash: IT'S SUMMER, FOLKS, IT GETS HOT. DEAL WITH IT SNOWFLAKES!

I thought that was what was supposed to happen .... After all, we are closer to the sun during Summer time. 😁
EXACTLY! The earth will do what the earth does. Man can not and will not control the weather. That is something beyond our control. And even if, by some miracle, we could somehow affect change, it would take many generations to accomplish even a slight improvement. Nice talking point and virtue signal, but not worth anyone's time, sacrifice or hard-earned tax money.

The earths resources are here for us to make use of. We should use them as efficiently as possible, but use them to improve our lives.

DRILL, BABY, DRILL!

What's next? Leaves falling off of dedicious trees this Fall means the end is near? Snow in September in the Colorado rockies is a sign of man-made disater approaching?

I thought we were all supposed to be microwaved by now from the hole in the ozone layer....

Future? I thought we were already extinct 40 times over by now. What comes after the current stage of 'climate emergency'? Did we already move on to the next phase with an even scarier buzzword?
