Found a way for quicker CPF loading

I thought I'd pass this on for whatever it's worth.
I put a thread in FAVORITES which happened to be "Solution to the Pelican Clickie switch Problem", and I found that often when CPF was interminably slow to load I could click on the thread which would appear within a second or two and I'd be in. Seems to work most of the time.

it works for me too, as long as i don't delete my cookies too often.
