Foursevens Mini M2A: How do I clean battery corrosion at bottom of sleeve?

Question in the subject. I misplaced my little M2A for a couple of years and a battery leaked, leaving corrosion at the bottom. As I don't believe the sleeve can be disassembled, how can I best clean the corrosion? Thank you.
