Looks like that one employee has now been fired and the matter is being referred to the Office of Special Counsel. Sounds like she might be looking at some charges coming her way. I hope they make an example of her.

Looks like the head of FEMA is being called before Congress to answer questions about her employees skipping Trump supporter houses in Florida.

I heard Trump wants to bring Ron DeSantis on board in the new administration. I know the perfect position, Director of FEMA. Then we can get someone who knows how to prestage resources ahead of time to the disaster area, knows how to coordinate with local officials, and can trim the fat at the agency of those that think they can avoid helping certain people because of politics.

It's called politics and shameful as it can get when the dust settles we are all supposed to go back to being civil Americans. The bitterest of the far side of the party probably won't but it's a very small percentage. Even the pundants on the left are admitting as much.

This would be an awesome choice but he kinda promised when he was running for governor (i voted for him the first time then moved out of state) he would finish his term. Thought he broke his promise when a year later he ran for president. But that's water under the bridge no pun intended. I think he will finish his term then start his presidential campaign for 2028. Depending on how prominent an impact Trump lets VP Vance have in his administration ie. the responsibilities he is tasked with to perpetuate his profile enhancing his profile could make it difficult to run against him.
I think Trump should make Vance the real border czar though can we finally drop the communist term czar for Pete's sake? Not sure what other term is out there though. Boarder Chief? Administrator? Secretary? All of course less than the position of Vice President. Just some thoughts bouncing from one brain cell to another.

Near where I live there are some true nazi's. They fly the nazi flag on their ramshackeled home. Swasticka tatoos and all that jazz. And there are still some small sects of them in the hills of North Carolina. Not the regular folks with trump signs in their yard, but real hard care screwball types. And most voted democrat until 2008.

They were torn what to do in 2000 when Al Gore picked a Jewish man (Joe Liberman) as his VP candidate but they didn't like George W Bush so they largely did not vote that year. Same with Klan members. In 2008 they started voting Republican because Obama was black, Hillary was a woman and Biden's VP cndidate was a black woman. It has nothing to do with Donald Trump being a sympathizer. Matter of fact he (in their minds) is a Jewish sympathizer after his daughter converted to the Jewish religion.

I have a neighbor who is a history buff and attends protests for Southern heratige and those people can't stand the nazis or the Klan. The media and other groups try to box them into the same box but many of those Southern heartige people are not white. They are simply a very diverse group of people who oppose the ginormous central government in DC.

The term czar is shortened from Ceaser. It began being used by Woodrow Wilson, and once it was a term for Speaker of the House. But it was Richard Nixon who actually popularized the term since the legacy media had been tossing it around for decades. Barack Obama was the one who reintroduced the term so many think it began with him. If they wanted to be correct they should have called VP Harris the border Czarina but they chose to keep it gender neutral.

Yes well candidate can't control who votes for him/her. I do know one party called the other Facist and the other insinuated their opponents were communists and in the 30's both of those were opposed to each other though both had many similarities and would have taken Germany in the same direction.
Apparently Nazis like to have more money in their pockets and still oppose communism. Lol.

Actually, it's not a Communist term at all.
Communists actually hate that term.
Doesn't matter if you spell it with a "C" or a "T."
It means King or Emperor.
Communists murdered the very last one in 1918.
Along with the entire royal family.... including innocent children.
Yes, Czar Nicholas was obscenely out of touch with reality.
His people starving in the millions on the home-front.
Massive casualties during The Great War.
Yet, he enjoyed a lavish and decadent lifestyle.
Could be argued he got exactly what he deserved.

Personally being married to someone who came to this country in 1984 and had no negative impact on this country and finally earned her citizenship of which she is so so proud of i think the common sense laws and rules presently in place should be enough. The wall, security measures and border patrol are only for those who basically want to cheat.

Something i've said when predicting Trump would win is Joe will resign making Kamala the first female president(#47 then Trump will be #48) Because i know how important appearances are to them as opposed to substance. . It would be purely symbolic to check a box. Heck they could make Liz Cheney VP and then she could refuse to certify electors on January 6. Oh the web they weave while claiming to be saving democracy!

Going to be hard not to certify Trump as President when you will have a Republican House, Republican Senate, and mostly conservative Supreme Court, and Trump won the popular and electoral vote. If Harris doesn't certify him as President, and tries to take power, she'll be immediately impeached and imprisoned. If that doesn't happen, her life would be at risk until she stepped down. Over half the country would be trying to get rid of her. Trump won because of him fighting the weaponization of the justice system used against him. She kept referring to him as being as bad as Hitler after two assassination attempts. You don't do that unless you want your opponent dead. People didn't want the weaponization of government used against citizens who voted for him too. Don't underestimate how truly pissed off people are about what the last administration did to Trump, them, and the entire country. People will take action if she doesn't get out in January. She can leave peacefully, or face a terrible alternative.
