since AW LiIon cells are not avaliable at the moment
I already have a 18650 sleeve for the "1D sized C-Mag"

a finned and fluted cut for an AW 1c which while I don't have any C's right now I use a sleeve and an 18500
These 1 c lengths have a great balanced feel
I also have a one c that Mirage Man cut and modified the tail piece and nested a shorter stainless spring beneath the regular sized spring which is used for AW c size or remove main spring and use shorty spring for 18650 or Cr123 or RCR 123 with this setup you get the best of all batteries.

I would like a Finned & Flute head / Cut / rethread / Quad bored or radial bored for a FM 4x14670 holder/ grooved body or cross hatched grooved body in a 1.25ish D. Maybe you could tri-bore the host for a 3x17670 holder as well after radial boring it for the 4x14670. The holders are the same length and I assume the 3x17670 holder would need a deeper bore so you could still tri-bore it after the radial bore. Just thinking out loud, not sure if it would work.
I would also like a 1C Finned & Flute head / Cut / rethread / grooved body or cross hatched grooved body with the option of using a AW C cell or 18650 cell. Something like nailbender mentioned with the option of a shorter spring for the 18650.
I have a short 1D that the stock spring was removed from, the tail cap was slightly bored at the end on the inside and a small short spring was inserted. It makes the body 1.3in/ 33mm shorter using the small spring instead of the big spring to use a 18650 cell. I will get a picture for reference later today. I don't know what the measurement would be on a C Mag because the spring is smaller but it would be a nice optoion.

The Maghead finned and flueted from the last Batch (3rd) is one of the sexiest Magheads i ever seen.

Will look into the finned / fluted head for the C Mag.
As to use with a 18650, a sleeve for 1C Mag can be done.
Just like a similar build I have done previously.
