You must realize that in order to use these magnificant lights as Don intended us to we must go over the price ridge...and theres people out here [me included] who doesnt have that kinda money to buy such masterpieces...

That was, in part, my point. If the lights are too rare and expensive,
they are either too hard to get, to expensive to buy, or to precious to
actually use once you manage to buy them.

From that point of view, it is good to see these lights being offered at
"prices close to the original selling price", as this one was. And good
that it didn't sell in five minutes as some others have. It sold in about
a day, so most of us had a shot at it.

Andytiedy,
I don't understand your post.

You sure didn't. I was quite surprised when I got home from work
and found out how you had managed to misinterpret it.

It was implict in my entire premise that I thought you were selling
the light at a reasonable price. I was only taking issue (very mildly)
with your "sad day" post.
If I had not already bought 3 McGizmo lights this month, I would have
most likely bought this one.

Are you infering that I only bought this light to turn a proffit?

No. The ones that show up on b/s/t a week after the initial sale at a $200 markup I have my doubts about, but your sale was being cited as an
example of:

"prices stabilize at something close to the original selling price"

And yes, this was an investment. How can hundreds of dollars spent on a light not be.
I feel you should edit your post, for I feel it is poluting my sales thread.

I have done so, though I see you have sold the light already for your asking price.
