This light is comprised of:

Black Mag "C" 2-cell host
Yaesumofo heat sink
DB1000 converter board
TV1L Lux III
rubber hose CR123 cell holder
modified stock reflector

It is ready to run and takes 3 CR123 cells. The heatsink hasn't been epoxied in place yet. I have not yet run a full set of batteries through it. I have run it intermitently for about 20 minutes total. I built it thinking I wanted a long throw flashlight with a Lux III. I have sinced changed my mind as it's too big for taste. I like my lights smaller.

$65 will ship to CONUS to your door. PM me or reply here if you are interested.

Free Bump. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif Good Price! Almost at cost.

How would this compare to a Space Needle clone? (2C, Lux V, 3x123 DD)

Re: FS: Modded Mag C 2-cell w/DB 1000 & Lux III

It will throw a nice tight spot further than a space needle.
Here's some shot of one of my Lux III's vs Lux V.
Lux 3 vs. Lux V

NetMage,

I don't have a space needle so I don't know. It has a very tight spot. It's much tighter than any of my other lights.

HVAC,

I would ship to Canada. The cost would be $60 USD plus actual shipping and insurance. I don't think there would be any duty fees.
