Let me clear it for you.
1xCR123 costs here 3-4$, depends on quality.
Normal monthly salary is around 600-800$, so (let's calculate) 800/4 is 200 cells top. How many you can buy from your monthly earnings?

That's no problem ianb. I used to live in third world hahaha.
Cost of CR123 is the key in my case. That's the reason why I'm looking for 18650 powered light, I got plenty of them. I'm using them for laptop battery regeneration.
