Hmm they are different beams, the 20S is wider beam with a smaller hotspot i recall :thinking:. The 19 being a deeper reflector offers a better throw and brighter spill. Kind of like the Olight 20T and the Fenix P3D comparison. It does not throw as far as the 27 but it does offer a bridge between the 20 and 27 without size increase. Now you will be surprised how this little light throws if you haven't seen the beam before.
These is screaming for a Q5 upgrade :naughty:

I guess I don't know much about LED's, coming from a Incan background and all, but $675 sure bought a lot of nice Custom Hotwires. I better stay away from these ...

The XR-19C commands a premium because McGizmo didn't make very many of them.
It uses the CREE XR-E LED instead of the Seoul P4 that is in the PD-S and has a different reflector.
It also has a clickie instead of a PD pack, which is also rare.

Now you will be surprised how this little light throws if you haven't seen the beam before.
These is screaming for a Q5 upgrade

When I tested this light for throw, I could make out detail on a target at 55 yards with a rechargeable, and 52 yards with a primary. For reference, a P1D-CE on high running a primary gave me comparable illumination at 50 yards.

The price is not going to go any lower than what it is right now you are still welcome to purchase it. However keep your lowballs private please i'm not obligated to answer all the pm's i get. I got the funds needed for my new light and it does not really make a difference whether i sell this one or not.
